In fact, it’s one of the most heavily requested tutorials that I get. It’s so difficult to find a really decent contact form that not only looks professional and contemporary but is also safe and secure, a contact form that protects your website from the threat of email injection but also validates the form automatically to save you a ton of admin work cleaning out your email inbox from half filled messages. You’re also looking for a contact form that can be easily adapted to fit any website. So were going to make a big bold form with big form input areas a large text area and generously sized submit button. But that’s not all. Well also be attaching an amazing form validation system, well style a thank you message that will appear after the form has been sent and then we’ll learn how to write a simple inline JavaScript redirect to send people to a page of your choice after the form has been submitted. google + gplus.to/dreamweavertutorial ************************************************** COMMON TROUBLE SHOOTING ISSUES ************************************************** IMPORTANT: If your problem is not on the list below then if you want a reply to your

    Awesome, thanks! How will this protect against spamming robots leaving web links or will it? I was hoping this would have some kind of “hidden field” tactic or similar.

    This was a very nice Tut thanks a lot. Now I have managed to make everything working, the css and the validation is in shape. The only problem is now that I don’t recieve the e-mails sent from this form. I am not sure what is wrong.

    How was this a DREAMWEAVER tut?
    Your talking to much about code and not showing how to use the GUI part of Dreamweaver…

    Is it possible to open this form up in a lightbox so I don’t have to navigate away from the page. I’ve tried everything and still can’t get it to pull up.

    Thank you so much, this works great! Definitely helpful!
    I have one small question… Do you know how I can integrate this with the design of my site? I have a header, a left menu bar, and I’d like to have the form to the right… How can I integrate the .php file with my ’empty’ contact .html file?
    Again, many thanks for taking the time to do this!

    @DreamWeaverTutorial What about Spam Attack?

  21. autumnphyre says:

    Thank you for this really clear and easy to follow tutorial. I’m a beginner at Dream Weaver and was able to follow this all the way through. I’ve managed to put it within a page on my website. I’m just wondering what you would suggest would be the best way to have the form centred on my page rather than aligned to the left as you have it. I’ve tried various ideas but no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.
    Many thanks again.

    Thats not exactly my question. I know Adobe cant patent html/css coding cuz my site for my youtube channel is a work in progress and almost done (thanks to @EdzJohnson).
    My q was: would it get annoying without word colors, code spell check/drop-down-menu-as-you-type, design mode etc.??

    (When i get my macbook when it comes out, and i start making a lot of videos ill probly use bbedit or something free if its suitable enough for me)
