Running GoPro CineForm on Win7 shows the two speed options you asked about.
The GoPro HD Hero2 can do WVGA 120fps, it should be at the top of your quality settings. If you’re using the PAL setting instead of the NTSC setting your WVGA will be at 100fps.

i have a question i just buy the gopro black and when im recording it only records for like 14 sec do you now why?????
