Hey guys, here is the Shatter transition that everyone asks me how to do, so I thought I would make a tutorial on how to do it. You can get as creative as you want with this, but this is just a really sweet and easy transition to do. Also, if I get 20 likes on this, I will release another tutorial this week or next. HOW DO I MAKE THE TRANSITION AT THE END OF THE VIDEO?!?!?!
You need to dupe the clip and cut it down to size and move it to the point in the video of where you want it.

EASIEST WAY TO PUT YOUR TRANSITION AT ANY POINT IN YOUR VID:
Split the clip (Edit > Split Layer) at the point where you want the shatter to begin, and apply Shatter only to the second instance. Downsides: if you’re using other effects or transformations you’ll have to coordinate between the two instances or tie them together with an expression.
BOLT WHAT THE FUCK. YOU WONT TELL US HOW TO MAKE IT START IN THE MIDDLE, AND 20 PEOPLE HAVE ASKED YOU. COME ON ASSHOLE
