    from 9:49 I can’t do it because when I double click nothing happends in Photoshop Elements 6.. I think it doesn’t have layer styles, and the tab doesn’t let me do it.

    Thanks, but I use Paint.NET, and that does not have Polar Coordinates or wave, but there is a plugin which dose that!
