    hi , thanks for the video , actually what am looking for is how to make
    data bar increase accordingly with the percentage increase in conditional
    formatting , my example is the following :
    the recent % is 8% , i want the data bar to increase accordingly if the
    percentage reaches 50% or 60% till the 100% .

    What if I want to use conditional formatting to highlight a range of cells
    and not just highlight the cell where the value or formula is located? For
    example, I would like to highlight not just the cell under Grade but also
    the corresponding Student.
