Chuckie- I was wondering if you had a video on some of the more basic items
in photoshop elements and the organizer. While I am learning how to edit
all my photos through your videos what I have not learned is the most basic
things such as how to save just a copy of the photo so my edited version
isn’t the only version of the photo. There are some photos I would like to
edit in more than one way but cannot figure out how to copy the picture,
edit it, then save it as different versions. So you have anything that will
help with doing this in Photoshop elements 11?

Unfortunately, in version 11 you cannot change the option bar to the top.
This is version 10. Command Z on the Mac is control Z on the PC. Cheers.
