    @fozo1655 That’s part of the standard Doc Type Declaration for XHTML.
    Basically, W3Schools is the organization that devised the standards for
    XHTML (and HTML, CSS, blah, blah, blah) so it’s basically like giving them
    credit or acknowledging that they made the Doc Type Declaration that you
    see at the top. You know, like where it says “DOCTYPE html- PUBLIC…”
    blah, blah, blah.
