@fozo1655 That’s part of the standard Doc Type Declaration for XHTML.
Basically, W3Schools is the organization that devised the standards for
XHTML (and HTML, CSS, blah, blah, blah) so it’s basically like giving them
credit or acknowledging that they made the Doc Type Declaration that you
see at the top. You know, like where it says “DOCTYPE html- PUBLIC…”
blah, blah, blah.
i just want to know what is div tag??? how can we use it and its
attributes..

The div tag defines a section in an HTML document, The div tag is often
used to group block-elements to format them with styles.
