Get to the point dude! Which is how does the work flow work.. tut tut tut!
The best bit of this video start at 12:00!
You waffle on too much get to the point son, couldn’t be bothered
watching, what was it you named the tutorial “Workflow”
seems to be mistitled – it’s not really about LR workflow at all – call it
something else!
Not a tutorial at all, just an intro to one…
Im a dinosaur photog that works every weekend. Posing is def. something to
learn!!
If they call themselves a photojournalist they don’t know posing technics.
This guy’s trying to tell me that photographers who pose are dinosaurs..?
WTF…go tell that to Jerry Ghionis….and myself.
Glad to hear proper posing techniques are outdated. I was getting so tired
doing things the correct way.
Thanks for the vid
3000 images….no more than 2-4 hrs in LR
Thanks Jared
Cool stuff. The desktop thing is an eye opener. Will try it later today. I
agree with Jared – cluttered desktop = cluttered desk = cluttered life. I
personally prefer PS CS6 + RAW over LR.
My scratch disc is locked and now my Photoshop is broken :
That’s because this isn’t the actual video teaching you about lightroom
workflow. It’s basically an ad for the workshop that is available for
purchase through CreativeLIVE. He linked it in the description.
Thanks for sharing this Lightroom video workflow tutorial.
As soon as he explained that things on the desktop slow down the pc, I went
ahead and deleted everything. Came back, resumed the video and he said that
you can keep shortcuts… Could’ve he have mentioned that sooner! :@ :@ :@
what do you recommend about putting all the data im working, if is not on
desktop or an external hard drive ??
hello watched all 7hrs of him today. Now will be able to cut my post time
in half Thanks creativeLive
The class is 3 days long and covers so much about LR Workflow that most
people watch it 5 times to get it all. This is the intro to a 3 day
workshop. Can’t get an entire workflow in a 10 minute clip.
This is a great video, and I’ve enjoyed some other seminars that Jared has
done for B&H. I think it’s worth noting that the cluttered desktop issue is
only something to worry about for Mac users, granted this applies to a lot
of the media industry.
Wow I did not know that about the desktop. Thanks Jared!!
Cleaning the desk top is an excellent tip by itself. Lightroom is not
nearly as big of a resource hog as Paintshop Pro by Corel. Ever since X2,
it will choke a computer out. X3 was the worse for that by far.
thanks
if you are looking for light room work flow – skip this vid.. He’s just
talking w/o demonstrating anything
