    It’s public_html, but don’t worry about that. Just call customer service at
    your website hosting company and they will EASILY tell you which folders
    hold your website and WordPress files. Thanks for watching!

    @newyorkperson I am sorry, I simply cannot tell you how many queued files
    is normal for a store website. I have never paid attention to the number of
    files, only how long it takes to download the files on a cable connection
    to the Internet. I think it has taken as long as 45 minutes to download
    entire blogs. I can’t remember exactly. If you cannot find the public_html
    folder, please just call your customer support at your hosting company and
    ask which folder has your blog files in it.
